Our firm’s philosophy is to do high quality work for a fee that is fair to both the client and the Firm. We seek to deliver value in each service that we provide, and our fees represent our compensation for that value. Fee levels must be adequate (i.e., not underpriced) to give us the incentive to provide timely and attentive service and to give our clients the incentive to use us wisely (i.e., to do their part in each project which we undertake together). Our fees for professional services are based upon per diem rates and the hours expended by the personnel on each engagement. Virtually every engagement will involve a mix of several personnel, and fees may be higher or lower depending on the experience level and mix of those personnel. We estimate the cost of each project to be performed prior to commencement and keep the client apprised of our progress. We render timely billings upon the completion of each project or major segment thereof. For large engagements, we progress bill throughout the course of the job. Recurring monthly work may be billed at a fixed monthly fee. Billings are due when presented. Standard hourly rates range from $100 to $140 for staff and senior level accountants, from $145 to $175 for managers. The rate for partner time is $225 per hour. |
